Knead is a baking company that specializes in sourdoughs, biscuits, and a variety of sweets from cookies to flavored nuts. Knead is helmed by its creator Victor Perez, a Cuban American whose roots originate in Miami, Florida. Established in January 2024, Knead's goal is to bring customers new and innovative concepts regarding baked goods that are unique to your everyday bakery. Each one of our signature sourdoughs is created with two completely different sourdough starters, combining gracefully with tested flavors to bring our customers bread that you won’t soon forget.

A good team is a must in a kitchen and Knead's Bakery is no exception. Behind the ingenuity and hard work of Chef Victor are Knead's masterclass Sou Chefs Pippin and Griswold. These hardworking felines are an inspiration. Not only are they experts in the fine art of biscuit crafting but have exceptional social media skills.
